Campus safety: Incident reports

9/20/2011 6 p.m. Theft II FG

Student reported to Campus Public Safety a theft of $350 dollars from his wallet. No suspects at this time.

Date/Time unknown

Unknown Vehicular Incident

Student reported that their vehicle had been struck and damaged while parked in K-Lot. Damage sustained to driver’s side quarter panel, front bumper and rear tire. No suspect vehicle identified.

09/30/11 10:20 p.m.

Criminal Mischief III

Unknown persons tampered with the beverage vending machine in Clark Hall. Several beverages were jammed into the dispenser. No other damage noted to the machine. No suspects identified.

10/01/11 12:22 a.m. Student Conduct

Male non-student and female student having an altercation in K-Lot. Female student was physical towards CPS officer and was unwilling to comply with direction from officer. Male non-student was intoxicated and failed to comply as well. Student referred to conduct adviser. Non-student will be excluded from the university.

10/04/11 11:12 p.m. Medical Report

Male student was rough housing in the hallway and struck his head on a ceramic water fountain. Minor facial injuries and swelling were the result. Student refused EMS but was willing to go to urgent care to be evaluated on his own. RA assisted in getting student to urgent care. Student returned to campus shortly after with no significant injury noted.

10/06/2011 3:01 p.m. Medical Report

Student giving blood for blood drive passed out after giving blood. 9-1-1 was called by Red Cross staff and student was transported to Tuality Hospital in Hillsboro.

 

The Pacific Index will be publishing all incident reports that are received from Campus Public Safety in order to inform the Pacific community. 

According to the Cleary Act of 1990, all institutions receiving financial aid must keep a public log of crime on campus.
